In our initial talks with this long-time client, they had recently opened a store locally and wanted a TV spot that didn’t look “cheesy or cheap.”

We not only made a eye-catching spot, we worked to make their messaging consistent across all media and platforms.

After seeing the results of our holistic approach with the Idaho Falls store, they added two other locations in Arizona: Sparks Homestore in Thatcher, and Home Furnishings Direct in Cottonwood.

Consistency is KEY! This is one of the fundamental strategies we’ve utilized across all three locations. Increasing brand awareness and driving traffic to this family-owned and operated business have been top priorities.

We develop holistic creative campaigns with all three stores and their various media platforms in mind. That ensures consistency in messaging, branding, and customer experience across different touchpoints.

Prioritizing the needs, preferences, and behaviors of their unique target audience helps campaigns resonate with their distinct customer sets throughout their buying journey.

The recent “Make it Yours” Memorial Day campaign is an example of both the logo consistency between the three stores, and messaging geared toward their unique audiences.

We also run the Google business pages for all three stores, acting upon incoming reviews – both good and bad.

We created printed cards featuring a QR code that lands on a Google review creation page, enabling us to prompt happy customers to boost the store’s star rating.
